We are based right in the heart of Sussex between Haywards Heath and Uckfield so we know the county very well indeed. We have put up marquees in many of the Sussex wedding venues as well as many private fields and gardens across Sussex.

To make your planning easier, we have created some marquee packages for you to choose from. This package is a set package with upgrade options if required, however you can still build your own unique quote if you prefer something different.

Please note all the following quotes are based on them being installed on a flat grass area with good access.

With the flexibility to hire a marquee of up to 9 meters wide, they can be adapted to almost any space. How to Hire a Wedding Marquee

When it comes to hiring a marquee for your wedding, we’ve made the process smooth and accommodating to ensure your big day goes off without a hitch. The booking process is simple, but differs depending on the type of venue you’ve chosen:

Grass with Easy Access

If your venue has grass and easy access, simply get in touch with us for a quote. We will quickly get back to you and organise a site visit if needed. If you’re happy with the quote, you can secure your booking with a non-refundable 10% booking fee leaving you plenty of time to make any final adjustments before settling toe remainder two weeks before your wedding.

Solid Ground, Restricted Access, or Multi Level

For those venues with solid ground, restricted access, or multiple levels, don’t worry. Our process simply begins with a site visit so we can take your venues requirements into consideration when we give you a quote. With the remainder again due two weeks before the event, you can rest assured knowing everything will be in place for your special day.

Areas we cover

We cover a wide range of areas, ensuring your special day is nothing short of magical. We proudly cover East Sussex, West Sussex, and selected areas of Kent and Surrey. However, please note, we do not operate within the M25 due to ULEZ charges.

  • Do you provide any other services as part of the marquee hire?
    In addition to our hire packages, we offer lighting, furniture, heating, and cooling options, and more. Get in touch with us for any specific requests for your wedding.
  • How far in advance do I need to book?
    We accept bookings up to 18 months in advance of your desired date. To ensure you secure your preferred date and any additional options you may want, we recommend booking with us as soon as possible.
  • Can I visit a marquee set up before booking?
    We can certainly ask existing bookings if they’re open to visitors, although we can’t always guarantee this. We do have a wealth of images and drawings available to give you inspiration and ideas.
  • When will the marquee be set up and taken down?
    The marquee setup usually takes place on Wednesday and Thursday, and occasionally Fridays for larger bookings. We usually take down the marquee on Monday and Tuesday, however the specific timing may vary depending on the venue and size of the booking.
  • What is included in the set up?
    Before our team arrives at the venue, we like to make sure the grass is cut. When we get there, we’ll come in either an long wheel-based van or a 4x4 with a trainer, depending on how easy it is to access the property. then, we’ll mark out where everything goes and start with the set up. The time it takes can vary, but for a typical wedding marquee it can take a full day to get everything right.
  • Are there any restrictions on where the marquee can be set up?
    There generally aren’t any restrictions when it comes to setting up the marquee, however we do have to be cautious about setting up in high winds or gusts rated over 60mph. If the weather conditions are too severe, we may have to cancel the booking for safety reasons.
  • What are options for restroom facilities? Do you provide this?
    We don’t provide restroom facilities, but we have recommendations of local companies who can help.
