Paul and his team were brilliant. Very accommodating and nothing was too much for them. We had a party on two levels with a band playing and needed something away from the normal. Their ideas were fabulous and the lighting just set off the whole event - thank you Paul and the team!

"I can't talk highly enough of this company. I have used Whitings Marquees for 2 events. One quite simple marquee, for a day time event, and one all bells and whistles large marquee for a ball. Not only did the ball marquee look stunning, but the service I received from Paul, Helen and his team on both jobs was second to none. Nothing was too much hassle, and they worked to time constraints and parking limitations to get the job done earlier than planned. All the guys were very polite and hardworking. In addition their prices are very competitive. Fantastic service from start to finish. We used Southern Events for our wedding, and they provided a marquee and furniture. Hannah and Katie were both incredibly helpful, accommodating and professional, always very quick to answer emails which is so appreciated when planning a wedding! The team assembled the marquee very quickly were also very quick to take it down afterwards.  Definitely would recommend, they took a lot of stress out of wedding planning. Thank you!

I can`t recommend Katie and the team at Southern Events enough - they are amazing! We used Southern Events for our wedding in June 2019 and they were so helpful throughout the entire process, it really made the planning and build-up a lot easier. We had so many compliments on the marquee  from our guests, it really made the day. Katie was our main point of contact and she was fantastic - very patient in answering all my emails and questions, and very accommodating of the little touches we wanted to add to make the day run as we wanted it to. We felt very fortunate to be able to ask her advice on a range of issues, and she was always happy to give her opinion based on her experience of other weddings and large events. The day itself was better than we could have hoped for and this was due, in large part, to Katie and her team making sure everything ran smoothly in the background.

Wow so where do we begin...so many people involved in yesterdays #wealdonthefield event in Uckfield...thank you for your help and support! We worked with fab local company Southern Events to get in the essential main marquee.

Big thank you to Southern Events who put up our beautiful marquee at Udimore Hall in Rye for our special day. They were amazing from start to finish and it looked stunning on the day. We got lots of compliments on it.
