Do you provide any other services as part of the marquee hire?In addition to our hire packages, we offer lighting, furniture, heating, and cooling options, and more. Get in touch with us for any specific requests for your wedding.

How far in advance do I need to book?We accept bookings up to 18 months in advance of your desired date. To ensure you secure your preferred date and any additional options you may want, we recommend booking with us as soon as possible.

Can I visit a marquee set up before booking?We can certainly ask existing bookings if they’re open to visitors, although we can’t always guarantee this. We do have a wealth of images and drawings available to give you inspiration and ideas.

When will the marquee be set up and taken down?The marquee setup usually takes place on Wednesday and Thursday, and occasionally Fridays for larger bookings. We usually take down the marquee on Monday and Tuesday, however the specific timing may vary depending on the venue and size of the booking.

What is included in the set up?Before our team arrives at the venue, we like to make sure the grass is cut. When we get there, we’ll come in either an long wheel-based van or a 4x4 with a trainer, depending on how easy it is to access the property. then, we’ll mark out where everything goes and start with the set up. The time it takes can vary, but for a typical wedding marquee it can take a full day to get everything right.

Are there any restrictions on where the marquee can be set up?There generally aren’t any restrictions when it comes to setting up the marquee, however we do have to be cautious about setting up in high winds or gusts rated over 60mph. If the weather conditions are too severe, we may have to cancel the booking for safety reasons.

What are options for restroom facilities? Do you provide this?We don’t provide restroom facilities, but we have recommendations of local companies who can help.
