ABOUT US
Southern Events was established in 2002 by Tom Stovold. The business grew from an entertainment company which offered everything from marquees to mobile nightclubs. We have since expanded and due to an increase in team and resources we are now a complete event provider supplying bespoke wedding packages and catering for all budgets and types of events.

Tom teamed up with Nick Collins in 2004 and together started expanding the business into marquee and furniture hire.

In 2015 Southern Events acquired Style Marquee Ltd, This super event brings two of the largest event companies in Sussex together to create a premium Sussex marquee company and a market leader in Sussex wedding catering all under one roof.

2016 brought the start of a new adventure for Southern Events and we developed our catering business into Revived Inns Ltd. We now work alongside Revived Inns Ltd in a number of pubs as well as there assistance with our outdoor catering.

2020 in what was a very strange year, we started our biggest journey yet. When many business were closing we chose to expand and join forces with Paul & Helen from Whiting Marquees, creating Southern Events Group Ltd.
We managed to continue working through Covid-19 by supporting national and local companies with long term hires, including a number of covid testing centers across the southeast.
